Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Makeup products and Custom made brushes are exempt from being returned.
Please contact us at [email protected] providing your order number and reason for wanting to make a return. If you are in the UK we will send you a shipping label to download to make the return free of charge. International customers will need to pay for their shipping when making the return.
Full refunds will be given within 7 days of receiving the returned order, providing the item(s) meet our terms and conditions.
We can not accept any returns on products that have been used, unless faulty.
All custom orders are final. We do not accept returns on custom orders unless faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been submitted. Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the order was paid.
Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show back in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The refund issued will be for the same amount as paid. If the item was on sale at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the same sale price.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Cosmic Brushes, Unit 8, Jupiter Business Park, DN5 9TJ, United Kingdom.
We can make exchanges for products of the same value as the order placed, providing the product to be exchanged meets our terms and conditions. Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to send out the new exchanged item(s).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code certificate will be emailed to you for the same value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

International customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We aim to dispatch your exchange in the normal 2-3 working days of receiving your return.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
